Case Referral Program

Acuity Medical Law offers case referral fee relationships with other firms.

We are an Atlantic-Canada based medical malpractice firm with in-house healthcare expertise. Dr. Aris Lavranos, the firm’s chief litigator, is also a practicing emergency room physician.

Because of our in-house medical expertise and large network of medical professionals, we are able to efficiently screen medical malpractice cases and identify those with a high probability of success.

Our team routinely performs intake assessments with potential clients from across Canada. However, we do not currently have any litigators located in western Canada.

The goal of the referral program is to build a working relationship with firms in these regions whereby we may identify strong case intakes and refer them to trusted firms participating in our referral program.

Within the program, medical malpractice cases which have been referred by Acuity to participating firms are subject to a referral fee based solely on a percentage of any subsequent settlement.
